The Good, the Not Bad, and the Ugly
Anybody can make predictions, but we at Xtreme Fantasy Football believe in accountability. Every week during the regular season we review the good, the not bad, and the ugly predictions from the week before.
Week 14
THE GOOD
Brandon Jacobs - Projected: 74yds.- 0TDs. Actual: 70yds. - 0TDs. Why Tom Coughlin keeps taking him out in the red zone is a mystery to us (though fumbling yesterday sure didn't help his cause).
Calvin Johnson - Projected: 48yds. - 0TDs. Actual: 51yds. - 0TDs. The Lions passing game has fallen apart, and Johnson is a big part of the reason why.
Andre Johnson - Projected: 91yds. - 1TD. Actual: 82yds. - 1TD. When he's healthy, he's consistent.
THE NOT BAD
Tony Romo - Projected: 309yds. - 3TDs. Actual: 302yds. - 2TDs. Romo owners everywhere had to be thrilled when Dallas got the ball back with two minutes to go.
Brett Favre - Projected: 238yds. - 2TDs - 1INT. Actual: 266yds. - 2TDs - 1INT. We expected the Packers to be killing the clock by the 4th quarter, and we were right.
Brian Westbrook - Projected: 165 total yds. - 2TDs. Actual: 154 total yds. - 1TD. Imagine how good he could be if he played on a good team.
THE UGLY
Adrian Peterson - Projected: 121yds. - 1TD. Actual: 14yds. - 0TDs. Everybody's entitled to one bad game.
Terrell Owens - Projected: 108yds. - 1TD. - Actual: 21yds. - 0TDs. See Peterson, Adrian
Santonio Holmes - Projected: 115yds. - 1TDs. Actual: 13yds. - 0TDs. Did Holmes look like he was still injured to anybody else?
